My Approach
I believe therapy is a collaborative relationship where you can show up exactly as you are. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, intrusive thoughts, perfectionism, trauma, low self-esteem, or a major life transition, you don't need to have everything figured out before reaching out. My role isn't to fix you—I believe you already have the capacity for growth and healing. Together, we'll uncover the strengths that are already within you.
My approach is primarily person-centered, meaning I meet you where you are and tailor therapy to your unique needs, goals, and experiences. I also work through a trauma-informed lens, recognizing how past experiences can shape the way you see yourself, your relationships, and the world around you. I integrate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and mindfulness to help you respond to difficult thoughts and emotions with greater flexibility, self-compassion, and confidence.
Above all, I strive to create a warm, authentic, and nonjudgmental space where you feel genuinely seen, heard, and understood. Together, we'll make sense of the patterns keeping you stuck, quiet the inner critic, build resilience, and help you reconnect with yourself so you can create a life that feels more aligned with your values.
